Since our inception in 2014, whisky has been the beating heart of Coal & Cedar. From humble beginnings, a dozen or so bottles graced our shelves. Since then we have strived to curate a collection that caters to all tastes and budgets and can showcase the huge variety of flavour that this spirit offers. Thousands of unique bottlings have been opened and emptied over the years and yes we have tried them all!
